DLM recently won a multi-year contract to provide curriculum and training for the City of Austin Small Business Division. We have created a set of curricula with 40+ new class topics to be facilitated both virtually and in person by local leaders who have been seated on the new Austin Small Business Community Leadership Council. Classes are typically 3 hours long, cost $25 and particpants get access to all course materials, workbooks and each class includes a resource toolkit with samples, templates, free tools and other helpful resources. The new program has been in a testing phase and is ready to launch in September. Some of the new classes are already live on the city’s official event list – view the schedule on eventbrite.
New class topics fall into four categories:
Organizational Development, Marketing & Promotions, Managing People and Money Matters. There are classes designed specifically for nonprofit professionals and for creatives as well. View a list of class topics by category here.
